PURPOSE:To transmit turning energy efficiently by storing a movable cylinder in the interior of a cylinder, fitting an eccentric rotor on drive side to the center of the movable cylinder, and disposing two chambers respectively provided with a suction port and a discharge port between the cylinder and the movable cylinder. CONSTITUTION:When a driving shaft 28 is rotated, an eccentric rotor 27 integral with the shaft is rotated, so that a movable cylinder 19 is moved up and down through a bearing 26. Whereupon, oil 6 in the first chamber 8a of the first cylinder 1 is discharged from a discharge port 15 and passed through a conduit 49, a check valve 48 to be pressed into the first chamber 37 from a suction port 38 of the second cylinder 30. Therefore, when an eccentric rotor 33 is rotated, oil 6 in the second chamber 37b of the second cylinder 30 is discharged from a discharge port 39 and passed through a conduit 51 and a check valve 50 to be pressed into the second chamber 8b from a suction port 18 of the first cylinder 1 by the rotation. After discharge operation is completed by intercepting the discharge port 15 of the first chamber 8a, the second chamber 8b starts discharge operation. On the completion of the discharge operation, the device is restored to its initial state. |
