PURPOSE:To transfer and fix thermally a toner image to a transfer material by developing an electrostatic latent image onto a photosensitive drum constituted of an organic photosensitive body by utilizing an electrostatic force by a specified toner whose specified frictional electrifying voltage is -200-+200V. CONSTITUTION:An image-like electrostatic latent image formed on an electrostatic charger carrier 2a constituted of an organic photosensitive body on a photosensitive drum 2 is moved to a developing part 3 by an electrostatic latent image forming part 1. By a magnet provided in a developing sleeve 3a, a magnetic toner having a frictional electrifying voltage whose value is <=200V in its absolute value is rotated toward the electrostatic charge carrier 2a in a state that its tuft has been raised on the sleeve 3a, cut uniformly to a prescribed height by a tuft cutting device 3c, confronted by holding a prescribed distance from the electrostatic latent image, a reverse charge is induced in the tip of the tuft being a toner particle accumulated pillar by the electrostatic latent image, and the toner particle moves to the latent image side in proportion to a charge quantity of the electrostatic latent image and forms a toner image. In this way, it is prevented that a toner adheres to a non-picture part, and a copying picture which has no fog and is excellent in its reproducibility can be formed. |
