<p>PURPOSE:To simplify a manufacture process and to reduce the cost by placing a transparent mask which is transparent at positions corresponding to a spacer pattern on resist and irradiating the resist with ultraviolet rays, and thus forming terminal electrodes. CONSTITUTION:A transparent resistance layer 12 is formed over the entire surface of a transparent base film 11 to form a transparent conductive film. Then, paste type resist 13 is printed on this resistance layer 12 corresponding to a pattern to be formed and this is semibaked and etched. Then, the negative 15 which has transparent parts 14 at positions corresponding to the dot type spacer pattern to be formed is placed on the resist 13 and positioned. At this time, the transparent parts 14 face the resist 13. Then, the resist is irradiated with ultraviolet rays through the negative 13 to set the resist part, and then unset parts are removed to form numbers of dot-shaped spacers 16 on the resistance layer 12. Then, silver paste is printed and based to form terminal electrodes in the specific pattern. Then, one electrode and the other electrode are superposed one over another across the spacers 16 to obtain the input device.</p> |
