摘要 PURPOSE:To make it possible to efficiently measure even a stream containing small particles to be measured and having a high flow speed, by supplying light emitting particles in the stream and irradiating the stream with energy to allow light emitting particles to emit light. CONSTITUTION:A fluid, for example, air passes through a duct 1 to the direction shown by the arrow and light emitting particles 3 are supplied to the stream in the duct 1 from the leading end part of the light emitting particle supply apparatus 2 inserted into the duct 1. The light emitting particles 3 advance along the stream and receive irradition of light when pass under the light emitting apparatus 4 attached to a flange 5 to emit light and further advance along the stream, while hold a light emitting state, to reach an observation part. A transparent glass plate 9 being an observation window is fixed to the flange 8 provided to the duct 1 and the light emitting particles 3 holding a light emitting state passing through the observation part is photographed by a photographing apparatus 10. By this method, the behavior of the stream or particles in the duct 1 can be measured in a visible state.
