PURPOSE:To enable a starting time to be reduced, by providing a cooler, which cools a liquefied thermal medium by low temperature liquefied gas, between a condenser and a pump and adjusting an inflow of the low temperature liquefied gas to the cooler by a flow regulating valve. CONSTITUTION:An equipment, when it is started, throttles a flow regulating valve 42 by setting a temperature controller 51 to its preset value of temperature of a thermal medium at normal operation, for instance, -45 deg.C or below in case of propane, supplying a part of low temperature liquefied gas, which flows in the direction of a heat transfer pipe 12a in a gas pipe 30, to a heat transfer pipe 12b via the gas pipe 30 and forcing the thermal medium in a normal temperature condition to be rapidly cooled to a preset value, while detecting a temperature in the outlet side of a cooler 17, during the time the low temperature liquefied gas is allowed to flow into a gas pipe 37. And the equipment, if the temperature of the thermal medium in the outlet side of the cooler 17 reaches the preset value of the temperature controller 51 by suction of a pump 21, is transferred to the normal operation by fully opening the flow regulating valve 42. Accordingly, a starting time can be reduced by eliminating the generation of cavitation even if the pressure in a suction side of the pump is rapidly decreased to a certain extent. |
