PURPOSE:To secure a fine gap between a movable body and a base surface highly accurately by separately forming a suspension rod for suspending and supporting the movable body per each rod-shaped part, and allowing upper and lower end parts as well as a peripheral part of each extension part provided on both upper and lower parts of the suspension rod to make contact with upper and lower supporting mechanisms. CONSTITUTION:A movable body 5 provided in an oil tank 1 is suspended and supported with a fine gap against a base surface 2 by means of a suspension rod 41 supported at its upper and lower ends by upper and lower supporting mechanism 6, 7. In this case, in the upper supporting mechanism 6, the suspension rod 41 is supported in a state wherein the lower end of an upper extension 43 of the suspension rod 41 is brought into contact with the upper surface of a projection 16 of a supporting plate 45 and a peripheral end part of the upper extension 43 and a notch 46 side surface of the supporting plate 45 are brought into contact with each other. On the other hand, in the lower supporting mechanism 7, the suspension rod 41 is supported in a state wherein the upper end of the lower extension 43 of the suspension rod 41 is adapted to make contact with the lower surface on the flange 24 of a fixed plate 20, while the peripheral end of the lower extension 43 and the notch 46 side surface of the movable body 5 is adapted to make contact with each other. |
