PURPOSE:To prevent an input offset voltage from being generated by providing a potential correcting circuit arranging DC potentials of a transistor pair being a components of an active load to a differential amplifier to which the active load is connected so as to make a collector current flowing to the transistor pair identical. CONSTITUTION:The transistor (TR) pair being the component of the active load, that is, a potential correcting circuit 48 arranging a collector DC potential of TRs 22, 24 is provided. That is, a PNPTR50 is connected between a collector of the TR22 and a base/collector of a TR26, and a resistor 52 is connected between a base of the TR50 and an emitter of a TR32. Thus, a DC potential Vc22 of the TR22 is given as a resulting value between a voltage drop Vr of the resistor 52 and a bias voltage VB and nearly equal to a collector DC potential Vc24 of the TR24, then the collector currents of the TRs 22, 24 are made equal.
