PURPOSE:To prevent a sleeve from damage, by mounting the sleeve to a rotor by diffusion bonding, in the case of the rotor supported by a bearing through the sleeve. CONSTITUTION:A rotor 11 is held on a supporting bed 12, and a two-part divided sleeve 19 is placed on a surface of the rotor 11 by inserting its journal part 14 to be arranged in a vacuum furnace 16. The sleeve 19, the rotor 11 and an insert material 21 are heated by arranging a high frequency heating coil 22 in the periphery of the sleeve 19 to be electrified. This heating action causes the melting action to be performed, securing the sleeve 19 to the rotor 11. In this way, the sleeve can be prevented from damage because it is secured by diffusion bonding so as to prevent foreign matter from flowing into a part between the sleeve and the rotor. |
