PURPOSE:To prevent the deterioration of characteristics of a magnetic head and the generation of cracks of a core and the ceramic despite the difference of heat expansion of materials and adhering processes at 2-3 different temperatures, by fixing with adhesion a magnetic core to a magnetic head structure just at an area of the front or rear side of the core. CONSTITUTION:A magnetic core 1 containing a recording or reproducing gap 2 is adhered to the nonmagnetic ceramic 3 just through the front or rear face of the core 1. While the nonmagnetic ceramic 6 forming sliders of both sides of the core 1 is adhered just through an oblique line part of the ceramic 3. for adhesion between both ceramics 3 and 6, a groove 10 is formed to prevent an adhesive from flowing into the area between the ceramic 6 and the core 1. This avoids the adhering distortions produced by the difference of heat expansion and eliminates the effect given to the adhesion area between the core 1 and the ceramic 3. Thus the degree of freedom is increased for selection of adhering temperatures. This facilitate the easy adhesion. |
