PURPOSE:To simplify wire connection by connecting the end part of one wire to a part of a frame body, formed nearly square cylinder-like, and further connecting the end part of the other wire to a winding shaft, supported by the frame body through a steel ball rotation stopping mechanism as one direction clutch. CONSTITUTION:A frame body 3 is formed by bending a strap 1 into a nearly square cylinder-like loop and lapping its both ends with each other. Then the end part of one wire 6 is connected to a hole 4 drilled in the above-mentioned both end lapping part 2. Further, a rotary winding shaft 10, provided between holes drilled on both sides of the frame body 3, is equipped with a square wheel 12 on the end part of its small diameter shaft side, while its large diameter shaft side end is connected to a steel ball rotation stopping mechanism M. Said mechanism M is composed of an inner plate 9, fixed to the end part of the winding shaft 10 and equipped with the plural number of cam faces 17 on its outer periphery, an outer ring 19 encircling the inner plate 9 and the plural number of steel balls 20 interposed between said plate 9 and outer ring 19. By connecting the end part of the other wire 7 to a hole 11 of the winding shaft 10 to rotate said shaft 10, wires 6, 7 are put in tension. |
