PURPOSE:To reduce the memory capacity by dividing picture signals of a picture plane into plural frames and using each synchronizing signal contained in a video signal to store each time the picture signal component to a memory for each frame scan for sequential print. CONSTITUTION:An input video signal BS is divided into the component of a synchronizing signal S and the component of a picture signal B by a clamping circuit 1. The signal B is sent to a memory 3 via an A/D converter 2. While the signal S is separated to a horizontal synchronizing signal HS and a vertical synchronizing signal VS by a synchronizing separator circuit 4 and sent to a print controller 5. The memory 3 has the capacity doubles as much as the data quantity equivalent to a frame, and the 1st memory area of half capacity is used for data writing of the present frame. The 2nd memory area of the latter half capacity is used after the writing is through with the 1st memory area. Then a printer part 6 works for printing. These actions are repeated.
