PURPOSE:To make it possible that a program is loaded from the auxiliary storage device of another system when the auxiliary storage device of processor's own system, by providing interfaces for cross calls among plural information processing devices. CONSTITUTION:If an error occurs in loading from an auxiliary storage device 7, a microprocessor 3 sets read head and track information of a floppy disc (FPD) 7 to a bus register in a parallel input element PIA chip 4 and sets a transfer request tag to a tag register. Read head and track information are stored in a PIA10 of an information processing device 2 through a bus, and the transfer request tag is stored there through a tag line. The device 2 loads a program from an FPD16. A processor 11 controls an FPD control part 15 to read out the program from the FPD16 and writes it in the control storage of the device 2 through an interface 13. Thus, PIA chips are used to load the program from the auxiliary storage device of another system when the auxiliary storage device of processor's own system is faulty. |
