PURPOSE:To enable secure installation in a short time by providing an elastic body between an annular groove on the inner periphery of a yoke and a bobbin and holding said bobbin. CONSTITUTION:Circulating grooves 18 of a fuel is provided on the outer periphery of a coil 10 and on the inner periphery of a bobbin 9, and a circulating passage 19 is provided on the outer periphery of the coil 10, to cool the coil 10 forcedly. A clip 32 which is made of a relatively thin wire material, etc. hardly is resistance to a passage. When the clip 32 is to be installed in the annular groove 24 of the yoke 2, its end part 32A is compressed and fitted in the groove 24. The end part 32A has both inwardly bending configuration as shown by the solid line and outwardly bending configuration as shown by the dotted line. As for the holding method of the bobbin 9, a clip 32 made of a music wire is inserted between the annular groove 24 provided on the inner periphery of the yoke 2 and the bottom surface of the bobbin 9, which is pushed upward and installed.
