摘要 PURPOSE:To establish a magnetic field impressing means and to enable to make a pellet position stabilizing work easier by a method wherein lead out conductors are formed using a ferromagnetic material, and when a pellet is housed in a casing, at least one of the lead-out conductors is magnetized, and a pellet is attracted thereto. CONSTITUTION:The leads 2, 2,... of slug leads 4, 4,... are inserted into through holes 22, 22,... and, at the same time, lead glass rings 1, 1,... are inserted into vertical holes 19, 19,.... As a result, under the above-mentioned condition, the bottoms of the lead glass rings 1, 1,... are filled by lead-out electrodes 3, 3,.... Besides, a current is applied to current application coils 21, 21,..., and the slug leads 4, 4,... are magnetized. Subsequently, pellets 10, 10,... are placed in the lead glass rings 1, 1,... in a spontaneous dropping manner. In consequence of the above, as the magnetic attraction force of the magnetized lead-out electrodes 3, 3,... acts on Ni layers 15, 15,..., the pellets 10, 10,... are formed into a stabilized position, wherein their ohmic metal sides come in contact with the lead-out electrodes 3, 3,... and are attracted thereon.
