PURPOSE:To obtain easy attaching/detaching of a wheel-cap and completely prevent the coming-off of the cap during car traveling by enabling a free-wheel-cap to be attached/detached to/from an inner hub for the wheel-cap. CONSTITUTION:A free-wheel-cap 1 is connected and attached to an outer hub 2 for the wheel-cap via set-screws 3 and 3. Inside this outer hub 2, a bolt 5 for setting inner/outer hubs is installed via bearings 4 and 4. This bolt 5 is arranged so as to be screwed with a nut 8 installed inside inner hubs 7 and 7 for the wheel-cap 1. The inner hub 7 is screwed with a clip nut 9 via a bolt 10 for installing the inner hub 7. When the cap 1 is to be detached from the hub, a wrench is put to the bolt 5 and turned so that the cap 1 can be easily detached from the hub 7. |
