PURPOSE:To facilitate turning operation by disconnecting right and left running clutches following the turning operation of a handle and then operating a brake device. CONSTITUTION:When a driver is seated on his or her driver's seat and operates a driving handle 5 clockwise and counterclockwise, a running clutch can be set to ON and OFF by a clutch operation interlocking mechanism 7. Consequently, a car bench 2 slowly changes the advance direction left and right. Besides, if the operating handle 5 is turned and operated exceeding the disconnection position of this steering clutch, a brake device is operated by the brake operation interlocking mechanism 9 and this braking force is increased sequentially. |
