PURPOSE:To prevent an erroneous erasion of a program by a simple constitution, by providing an attribute storage part for holding a protective attribute of a write inhibition of each program inputted from an attribute change means, deciding its protective attribute, and erasing the program stored in the storage part. CONSTITUTION:When storing a protective attribute in an attribute storage part 12, a protective attribute of each program stored in a program storage part 8 is selected, an attribute change command means 9 is operated, and the protective attribute is stored in the attribute storage part 12 through an attribute change control means 10, and also displayed on a display device 5. When erasing a program, the program to be erased and its attribute are inputted to a program erasing command means 6, an attribute deciding means 13 compares its attribute with the attribute stored in the attribute storage part 12, generates a command to a program erasing means 7 when they coincide with each other, and the means 7 erases a prescribed program stored in the program storage part 8. Accordingly, a program of a different protective attribute is not erased. |
