PURPOSE:To prevent any possibility of the conductive film being damaged or partially separated by rotation by forming holes in which the nipple of the projection of an anode button terminal is connected in a getter-supporting metallic plate having tongue-like ends brought into elastic contact with the conductive film and making the contact surface between the projection and the hole non-circular. CONSTITUTION:An anode button terminal 2 has a projection 3 protruding inward. A curved metallic plate 4 for supporting a getter 6 having a proper elasticity is connected to the nipple 5 of the projection 3. The shape of the nipple 5 is a quadrangular pyramid having slant side surfaces whose width increases toward its end. The nipple 5 is connected into the smaller square hole 11 of two serial square holes 10. The nipple 5 first penetrates the larger square hole 12 of the two serial square holes 10 and then is moved to the smaller square hole 11. Therefore, there is not possibility that a conductive film 9 might be damaged or partially separated due to the rotation of a metallic plate 4 around the nipple 5. |
