发明名称 MANUFACTURE OF SINTERED TITANIUM ALLOY
摘要 PURPOSE:To manufacture a sintered Ti alloy free from segregation at a low sintering temp. in a high yield by mixing Ti powder with Fe, Co, Ni or Pd powder, compression-molding the mixture, and sintering it in vacuum. CONSTITUTION:Ti powder is mixed with one or more among about 2-8wt% Fe powder, about 5-15wt% Co powder, about 5-15wt% Ni powder and about 1-5wt% Pd powder, alloy powders may be used in place of the Fe, Co, Ni and Pd powders. The powdery mixture is compression-molded to a desired shape under about 1-2ton/cm<2> pressure and sintered at about 1,100-1,300 deg.C in vacuum or an inert atmosphere. A sintered Ti alloy having a uniform structure free from segregation is obtd. by sintering at said temp. which is below a conventional temp. by about 100-400 deg.C.
