An automatic chemical analyzing apparatus comprises a cuvette assembly which has a plurality of reaction tubes arranged in sample magazines, each sample magazine being conveyed sequentially in a perpendicular direction to the transverse row of reaction tubes, and in a parallel direction therewith so as to complete a reaction circuit, during which the samples to be analyzed in the magazine are treated and, measured a predetermined number of times by passing through testing means such as photometric means.
