PURPOSE:To eliminate yellowing of a coated film at any time in a short time by providing a paint drying oven and an ultraviolet irradiating device to a coated film treating apparatus. CONSTITUTION:A drying oven 1 for drying the painted material which is applied with an overcoat painting, baking, and curing the coated film is provided in a coated film treating apparatus, and a device 3 for irradiating ultraviolet light is provided on the outlet side of the drying oven 1. The yellowing of coated films due to the double bond can be decomposed and eliminated in a short time in this way.
