BUT ADHESION OF FRP MATERIAL

摘要

PURPOSE:To elevate the strength at adhered part by bringing only glass fibers outside from the periphery of FRP molded pieces to fill the lap part with a resin after the overlapping of glass fiber of one FRP molding piece with that of the other. CONSTITUTION:Only glass fibers 3 are brought outside by a proper length from the periphery of one FRP mold piece 1 and the other 2. Glass fibers 3 and 3 are overlapped between both the FRP molding pieces 1 and 2. A warp 5 is put on the lap part 4 and a resin 6 such as plastic agent is made to fill the lap part 4. The possible presence of glass fiber 3 even at the lap part 4 enables the mutual but adhesion of FRP molding pieces 1 and 2 without the lowering of the strength at the part.
