PURPOSE:To make it possible to measure cycle-up, by a simple structure provided with a mold clamp apparatus, to which movable mold forming a molding cavity is attached, and the same number of injection units as the molds receiving mold clamping at the time of a mold clamping process. CONSTITUTION:Fixed molds 12, 13 are attached to a rotary table 11 in an operation side X while fixed molds 13, 14 to said table 11 in an opposite operation side Y and the movable mold attached to the movable plate 20 provided to a mold clamping apparatus 16 forms a cavity. Injection units 18, 19 perform the injection and filling of a molten resin to the opposite operation side Y, that is, to the molds 14, 14 to which mold clamping is performed and, when cooling is completed, the rotary table 11 is revolved by 180 deg. and the molds 12, 13 present in the operation side X come to the opposite operation side Y this time. Because the function of a movable mold is achieved by the mold attached to the movable plate 20, the number of parts are reduced and a material or processing cost are reduced. In addition, because there are plural injection heads and many moldings can be performed by one mold clamping, cycle-up is achieved. |
