The invention relates to a process for the disposal of combustible wastes during the production of cement clinker by preheating and partial calcining of the cement raw meal in a preheater, combustion in a tubular rotary kiln and subsequent air cooling of the clinker, the waste being separately burnt and the flue gas resulting in this process giving off heat to the cement raw meal. In the process according to the invention, hot exhaust air from the clinker cooling is fed to the combustion of the waste and, during the combustion, flue gas with a temperature of 1000 to 1400 DEG C is thereby generated and used for calcining the cement raw meal. The slag of the waste combustion is taken off separately. |
