PURPOSE:To attain to prevent the generation of internal voids by enabling continuous extrusion molding under high back pressure, by preliminarily mixing a specific amount of silicone oil with a synthetic resin. CONSTITUTION:Silicone oil is used so as to be added to a synthetic resin in a ratio of 0.001-6pts.wt. to 100pts.wt. of said resin. When the stock material prepared by mixing silicone oil with the synthetic resin by using a screw extrusion molding apparatus 1 is charged from a hopper 7 and extruded to a mold 10 from a screw extruder 2, the molded body under a semi-molten state extruded from the mold is smoothly extruded from a sizing former part 11 without sticking to any parts, in such a state that the variation of resin pressure is reduced, to obtain a molded product having no internal voids therein. Said silicone oil is the one oily at ambient temp. and, other than methylsilicone oil, methyl chlorinated phenyl silicone oil or fatty acid modified silicone oil can be used. |
