PURPOSE:To contrive to improve the igniting performance by a method wherein a gas burner is constructed by providing a secondary combustion air forced supply port in the vicinity of a burning pipe in a gas oven for baking of bread and the like. CONSTITUTION:The secondary air spouting pipe 22 is provided directly under a burning pipe 21, an air which is forcedly introduced and supplied from a base end side is spouted out respectively with approximate 30 deg. for the horizontal surface from spouting ports 22a bored in many lines manner on upper and lower positions of both sides of the air spouting pipe 22. An upper side opening type U-shaped cylindrical member 23 is provided for surrounding the burning pipe 21 and the air spouting pipe 22, the necessary volume of secondary combustion air for sufficient burning is supplied from the lower side for the periphery burning part of the burning pipe 21. By this structure, the igniting performance can be improved by rationalization of the primary and secondary air quantity according to the kind of using fuel gases. |
