PURPOSE:To check anything trouble in a level-control sensor or the like partaking in the trouble produced in an actuator and motion of the actuator itself during car driving, by installing such a sensor that detects a gas or oil leakage in the actuator. CONSTITUTION:This device is provided with a main actuator 1 and an auxiliary actuator 40, while a setting part 4 fitted with a rubber bush 3 is installed in the lower part of a cylinder 2 of the main actuator 1, and this setting part 4 is locked to the wheel side. In the main actuator 1, there is provided a gas pressure sensor 70 detecting internal pressure in a gas chamber 12 and also provided a sensor 71 detecting a liquid level position in an oil chamber 11. On the other hand, in the auxiliary actuator 40, there is provided a sensor 72 which senses the liquid position by means of detecting the position of a free piston 42. On the basis of signals out of each of these sensors 70-72, anything trouble such as a gas or oil leakage or the like is detected. |
