PURPOSE:To prevent the defect or fracture of a formed product at its drawing by applying the drawing force of the second holding mechanism in the period when the drawing force of the first holding mechanism remains, at the process in which the impregnated base material wound on a mandrel is drawn. CONSTITUTION:A formed product 11 is draw-formed, drawing left the base material impregnated with resin wound on a mandrel 1 by holding mechanisms 10A, 10B alternatively. In this process, while drawing left the formed product 11 by the first holding mechanism 10A, the second holding mechanism 10B is operated and draws left successively the formed product 11 in the period when the holding force of the first holding mechanism 10A remains, and simultaneous by the first holding mechanism 10A is returned right. Such a process is repeated similarly. The dection of the holding force is carried out by a strain guage 13. The formed product has no defects because the holding force is not applied to it suddenly.
