PURPOSE:To obtain a simple program by constituting a sanding unit so as to turn in regulation to the angle which a straight-line or the tangential line to a curve forms with a plus X axis, dependent on the case where operation instruction is linear or curved. CONSTITUTION:In linear operation, a sanding apparatus 7 is positioned by the feed at a constant speed so that the vector which directs to the end point of the straight line from a starting point forms an angle theta1 with a plus X axis. In circular movement, the sanding apparatus 7 is positioned by the turn so that the tangential line to the circle forms each angle theta2, theta3,... with the X axis. In this case, the pad surface of the sanding apparatus 7 is installed so as to be positioned in the direction along the tangential line to the straight line or the circle. With such constitution, the machine can correspond to the change of the sanding surface according to the program input for the X and Y axes, and the program can be made simple. |
