PURPOSE:To improve economically the quality of service in an automatic telephone exchange of transfer service by making it possible that a service subscriber originates a call during transfer of an incoming call when he requests the originating call. CONSTITUTION:An incoming call transfer device TFE is provided with a terminal 3 which can originate a call even during transfer of an incoming call by the request of an incoming call transfer service subscriber. Since a line 1 of an incoming call transfer service subscriber TFSUB is used for transfer of incoming call, information indicating transfer of the incoming call is reported from the incoming call transfer device TFE when the incoming call transfer service subscriber TFSUB hooks off a receiver. When the incoming call transfer device TFE receives the request of originating from the incoming call transfer service subscriber TFSUB in this state, a circuit where a call is originated from the originating terminal 3 is formed, and therefore, the incoming call transfer service subscriber can originate a call. |
