PURPOSE:To provide a press die enabling a deep drawing with a simple structure by to press a material between an upper die descending inside the upper annular body via the piston of a cylinder and a rubber filled on a die cushion inside the lower annular body. CONSTITUTION:In the press die consisting of an upper die 2 being fixed to a piston 3 of a cylinder 4 provided inside the upper annular body 7 attached to an upper die plate 1 and a rubber 15 of as a lower die being filled on a cushion bar 12 provided inside a lower annular body 9 of lower die and the upper part of backing plate 14, said upper annular body 7 is descended by a slide (figure omitted) via the upper die plate 1 to sandwich a material between with the lower annular body 9. The piston 3 is then descended by the air pressure supplied from air supply routes 5, 6 to advance a forming part 2a of the upper die 2 towards the above rubber 15 and the deep drawing is subjected on the material. |
