发明名称 METHOD AND DEVICE FOR PIERCING USING LASER BEAM
摘要 PURPOSE:To provide a titled device which pierces a small-diameter and deep hole with high accuracy and high efficiency by passing a laser beam through a rotary optical fiber and a convergent lens facing diagonally downward at the front end thereof to pierce an aperture and sucking the inside of the hole by an evacuating cap in common use as an optical fiber guide. CONSTITUTION:The laser beam 4 is passed through the optical fiber 3 under rotation and the convergent lens 6 diagonally facing downward at the top end thereof to spray thermally the peripheral part 4 of the fine hole in the aperture part. The generated gas is sucked through the evacuating cap in common use as the optical fiber guide to pierce the fine hole 2. The piercing of the fine and deep hole which is infeasible heretofore owing to a short focal length is made possible and highly accurate and the working efficiency thereof is improved.
