PURPOSE:To provide a titled holding device which slows progression of plastic deformation and maintains coaxially an ejecting hole for a processing gas from the top end of a holder and a condensed laser in processing with said laser coaxially with said hole by using a metallic gasket having a rectangular shape for a member for holding a condenser lens. CONSTITUTION:The ejecting port 8 for the processing gas and the condenser lens 1 is held coaxially with the holder 2. The holding member for the lens 1 is made of the annular metallic gasket 10 having the rectangular shape conforming to the shape of the holding part of the holder 2 and the holding part of the lens 1. The lens 1 is attached to the holder 2 by suitable low stress. The deformation of the gasket 10 owing to heat, external oscillation, stress, etc. is retarded extremely so that the port 8 is maintained coaxially with the laser light for long time. |
