<p>PURPOSE:To improve workability and permit unmanned operation by installing a means for removing burr from a sintered part and a means for automatically polishing warped parts, onto a working apparatus for the sintered parts for car which has splines on the outside and inside diameters. CONSTITUTION:A working apparatus for a sintered part is equipped with a transportation means for transporting the sintered part into the first working station A, burr removing means 11 for positioning the sintered part carried-in and execute burr-removal, and a transportation means 12 for transporting the sintered part from which burr is removed into the second working station B. Further, the working apparatus is equipped with the first polishing means 13 for polishing one edge surface of the sintered part in the second working station B, means 14 for transporting the sintered part in reversal form into the third working station C from the second working station B, the second polishing means 15 for polishing the opposite-side edge surface of the sintered part in the third working station C, and a transportation means 16 for carrying-out the sintered part for which working is completed from the third working station C.</p> |
