<p>PURPOSE:To clear the portion to be stressed by partly varying the color density of labels by a method in which plural printing buffers to input printing data are provided to a thermal head, and the input is properly selected to vary the time of electrification to heating elements in specific portion of printing information. CONSTITUTION:The first printing buffer 25 is regarded as memory-A, and the second printing buffer 26 is regarded as memory-B. The heating element 33 is electrified by STB signal and ENB signal based on T1 on the basis of data already input in a shift register 28, but data input in a thermal head 10 is only the content of the memory-A. After the lapse of time T2, the content of the memory-A is put in a ratch circuit 30 and the heating element 33 is electrified. At this time, the content of the memory-A is printed. Data of both the memory- A and -B are then put in the shift register 28. During the time zone divided into the time (T1-T2) and the time T2, the composite data of both the memories- A and -B and the content of only the memory-A are alternately printed for clear division.</p> |
