PURPOSE:To automatically adjust the interval of paper-discharging units at an optical position by designating the size of paper on an operating panel when the paper to be used has a specified size. CONSTITUTION:A paper size selector is set to the size of paper, and a reference voltage E1 is sent out to a comparator circuit 46 from the selector 44. In case where the size of paper used previously is different from the size selected by the selector 44 this time, voltage E2 to be sent out of a potetiometer 42 is different from E1. In the circuit 46, the E1 and E2 are compared, and when they are different, a DC motor 33 is turned to either of normal and reverse directions by signals from a driving circuit 47. When the motor 33 is turned. a screw lever is turned, and E1=E2 results, the rotation of the motor 33 is stopped and both paper discharger units are stopped at the designated optimum position. LED of the set ending lamp 48 is lit then. |
