PURPOSE:To finish the tip surface of a fiber board beatifully by a method in which the tip surface inclined to the front surface side at the surface side projected part of the groove part obtained by machining the side edge-surface of a fiber board, is thermopressed, whereby a smooth surface without napping is formed. CONSTITUTION:For a fiber board 1, first the Tongue part 3 having a long projected part 2 at one side edge-surface of a fiber board 1, and then the groove part 5 composed of recessed long groove 4 capable of fitting to said projected part of the Tongue part 3 at other side edge-surface, are respectively machined by a cutter or a saw, etc. at each side edge-surface. The tip surface 7a and the rear surface of said surface 7a are pressed by the roll having the V groove shape-peripheral surface composed of the first inclined surface 8a and the second inclined peripheral surface 8b whose inclined direction is opposite to the inclined direction of said surface 8a, and having been heated by the burner 10 at the said V groove shape-peripheral surface. The smooth surface without napping is formed by the thermopressing of said first inclined peripheral surface 8a. |
