PURPOSE:To provide a titled processing machine which improves processing accuracy in a rectangular part, etc. in laser beam processing under NC control of laser output and feed speed by changing the laser output to follow up the detected feed speed so as to maintain the specified laser output per unit speed. CONSTITUTION:Laser beam processing is executed by an NC control device 5 of the processing machine which controls automatically the X-Y axis traveling of a laser output device 6 and a machine body 7. The feed speed of the X-Y axis travel is detected by a detector 8 and is controlled to maintain the specified laser output per unit speed by the device 5, by which the processing accuracy in the rectangular part, etc. of the work is improved and the work is made into a satisfactory shape. |
