PURPOSE:To facilitate assembling a plurality of cells with use of a resin film as a battery box material by bending a seal part of a continuous multicell sheet having a cell separation part sealed, laminating the respective cells, and connecting different polarity terminals among adjoining cells. CONSTITUTION:A continuous resin film 10, which directions of a positive electrode terminal 3 and a negative electrode terminal 4 are set to be the same as a group of electrode plates, is subjected to heat fusion at a bottom seat part 11, and a film part is subjected to heat fusion at a resin coating part of the positive and negative electrode terminals 3 and 4 excepting a safety valve 6 to prepare an upper seal part. Then, a separation seal part 12 being a separation wall of the electrode plate group is subjected to heat fusion to disconnect cells. In succession, the continuous sheet is folded at the cell separation part 12 laminated to yield an assembly cell. These are integrally combined by means of a band 8 and pressurized as a whole. In such a state, the electrode plate terminals 3, 4 face to adjoining cells in different polalities whereby these terminals are serially connected with each other with ease through a connecting body in the same manner as conventional ones. |
