PURPOSE:To facilitate the adjustment of insertion depth of a tool, by providing, in a tool holder body, a tool stopper which is coupled with an adjusting nut disposed in the body and which moves back and force in a tool insertion hole. CONSTITUTION:By loosening the fastening of a tool 50 by means of a collet 24 to allow the tool to be axially moved, an adjusting nut 84 is rotated in a normal or reverse direction. With this arrangement, a tool driver 60 is moved back and force with respect to the opening of a tool insertion hole 18 to take in and out the tool 50. Accordingly, the worker adjusts the insertion depth of the tool 50 while observing the projecting amount of the tool 50 from the tool insertion hole 18. With this arrangement, the insertion depth of the tool may be adjusted without removing the tool from the tool holder. |
