PURPOSE:To highly accurately make the positional adjustment of an image pickup element with simple constitution, by moving a fitting plate in at least two axial directions by means of an elastic deforming section. CONSTITUTION:A solid-state image pickup element 4 is fitted to a fitting section 17 surrounded by long holes 15 and 16 and long holes 21 and 22 are provided and an intermediate frame 23 is formed around the long holes 15 and 16. Then an outer frame 24 surrounding the intermediate frame 23 is formed. When an adjusting screw 27 is turned, elastic deforming sections 25 and 26 make elastic deformation in the direction of X-axis and the intermediate frame 23 and fitting section 17 make parallel movement to the outer frame 24 in the X-axis direction. When another adjusting screw 28 is rotated, elastic deforming sections 19 and 20 make elastic deformation in the direction of Y-axis and the fitting section makes parallel movement to the intermediate and outer frames 23 and 24 in the Y-axis direction. |
