PURPOSE:To attain flexible utilization by charging his telephone fee through a titled user identification code on public communication network side, by separating the relation among telephone number, subscriber, and user and assigning the user identification code to each user. CONSTITUTION:A user identification code is previously assigned to a user of a public communication network 10. When the user uses the public communication network 10, he informs a public communication network controlling section 20 of his user identification code through various terminals 19-1-19-2. The controling section 20 has subscriber data correspondingly to the user identification code and the data include kinds of service, charging information, data corresponding to so-called passwords, and others required by the controlling section 20. Since the netword is connected with other systems, such as a banking system 17, etc., the user can utilize those other systems through the public communication network 10 if he has the qualification of those other systems. |
