PURPOSE:To transmit easily retrieval information to a designated subscriber by providing a means receiving information by which a subscriber accessing a data base designates >= one subscriber directly or indirectly and a means distributing the information obtained through the retrieval of the data base to a designated subscriber. CONSTITUTION:When a communication controller 141 of a center 14 receives an information access request signal, the controller 141 recognizes it from a destination designation signal that the retrieved information is to be transmitted to subscribers 3, 4 also, stores a destination designation number and transmits an information designation signal to a data base controller 142. The data base controller 142 retrieves the data base 143 based on the received information designation signal and obtains designation information. Further, the communication controller 141 sets channels 35, 45 independently between the subscribers 3 and 4 based on the said destination designation signal by a known means. Then the information received from the data base controller 142 is distributed to terminal devices 22, 32, 42 of the subscribers 2, 3, 4 through channels 25, 35, 45. |
