PURPOSE:To clamp a body to be inspected without any eccentricity of the circle diameter with high accuracy by fixing an elastic cylindrical film type expanding member tightly to both axial end parts of the outer periphery of a main body and raising the pressure of liquid filling the hollow body. CONSTITUTION:The cylindrical film type expanding member 13 made of an elastic material such as rubber is fixed tightly to both axial end parts of the external surface of the external cylinder part 10a. Then, the internal-diameter hole of a rotating cylinder is inserted onto a diameter surface 13a and the pressure (p) from a piston 11 is applied. Consequently, the expanding member 13 expands radially and uniformly as shown by a dotted line 13b by the internal pressure rise of oil and its external surface abuts on the internal-diameter hole surface to clamp the rotating cylinder without any eccentricity. Consequently, the measurement accuracy of an unbalance quantity is improved and the weight of the device rotating body is reduced.
