PURPOSE:To reduce reflection loss, man-hours on manufacture and cost largely by bonding a panel substrate and a light-transmitting substrate for a solar cell module by using adhesives having a predetermined refractive index. CONSTITUTION:A tempered glass plate 12 with which a solar cell module 11 is bonded is mounted to the stepped section 14c of a synthetic resin frame 14. The back of the glass substrate 12, the outer circumference of the solar cell module 11, and a recessed groove 14a in the frame 14 are filled with a caulking resin 15 and the resin is fixed. The solar cell module 11 is bonded by employing adhesives 13 having a refractive index of n3=(n1Xn2)<1/2> when the refractive index of the glass plate 12 is represented by n1 and that of a transparent substrate for the module 11 by n2. Since incident beams to the panel substrate according to the constitution are not reflected on their midway points and are projected to a solar cell, the efficiency of electricity generation can be maintained at a high value, and manufacture can be simplified and cost can also be reduced. Output voltage and currents as the cell can be varied easily by altering the modes of connections by leads 16, 17. |
