PURPOSE:To obtain a highly pure kallidinogenase, by an easy operation, by purifying a crude raw material using the first, the second and the fourth liquid chromatographic columns packed with anion exchange resin, and the third liquid chromatographic column packed with a hydrophilic filler free from ion exchange group. CONSTITUTION:A crude raw material is purified by using the first column 3, the second column 5 and the fourth column 8 for liquid chromatography each containing an anion exchange resin for high-performance liquid chromatography as the column filler, and the third column 6 for liquid chromatography packed with a hydrophilic filler for high-performance liquid chromatography and free from ion exchange group.
