<p>PURPOSE:To improve greatly the operability of a data producing device by attaining the editing operations of plural rows just with a single key and to ensure the high flexibility with an array of a series of character strings. CONSTITUTION:An input key deciding part 2 detects the presence or absence of a key input given from a keyboard 1. When the key input is recognized, it is decided whether the key input is equal to an editing key input. When no editing key input is decided, the text data of a data store part 5 is rewritten via a text data rewriting part 3. While a key input is carried out by selecting one among the 1st-4th editing keys (#1-#4) and therefore an editing data rewriting part 4 rewrites the editing data stored in the part 5. The 2nd editing key #2 has a function to shift the character at the most left side of a character string on the lower line to the most right side of a character string on the upper line. When this key #2 is fed, the editing data (3) is replaced with a character of the right adjacent text data among those data of a character string.</p> |
