PURPOSE:To prevent the interference between a work and a tool post by analyzing the command of a part program every block to compare the analyzed command with a work barrier and detecting a move-in command of the tool post into the work area to inhibit the machine actuation and also to produce an alarm. CONSTITUTION:A work barrier set previously according to the form of a work is stored to a memory 2 via a keyboard 1 connected to a computer, etc. The contents of a part program are read out of an NC (numerical control) tape 4 and stored to an external memory 5. The contents of the memory 5 are read out by a program analyzing circuit 6 and analyzed every block to be transferred to a barrier check circuit 3 and a shaft control circuit 7. Then the circuit 3 checks whether the command information on the relevant program is included or not within the work barrier of the memory 2. When said command information is included in the work barrier, the circuit 7 detects a command which inhibits the shaft shift to produce an alarm. Then the machine shift is stopped by a motor 8 of an NC shaft controller. |
