The invention refers to an insulation sheet comprised of rods (4) of insulation material with in a pre-determined position orientated fibres, cells or similar, of which the rods are placed lying against each other in a plane. The rods (4) are held together to a sheet through strings of glue (10, 15) extending themselves over the contact surfaces between adjacent rods (4).
