PURPOSE:To decrease a nonlinear part of flow characteristics and noise by connecting two poppet valves in series between an oil pump and an actuator, and these poppet valves are controlled by digital signals having phase difference. CONSTITUTION:Two poppet valves 2, 3 are connected in series between the oil pump 1 and the actuator 4, and these two valves 2, 3 are controlled by digital signals having phase difference. Thereby, each poppet valve 2, 3 can be driven by a noise signal of single frequency, and it is made possible to decrease the nonlinear part of flow characteristics and the noise at the same time, since a carrier frequency may be raised to a frequency response limit of poppet valves 2, 3.
